This is the core of the project. Not a spa membership, not a shared facility — your own recovery circuit, ten steps from the sofa. Installed, commissioned and serviced by one operator for the whole complex.

A compact cedar cabin for two with two full-height glass walls meeting at the corner, so the session looks onto your garden, not a wall. Electric heater with stones, bucket and ladle included.
A tiled basin flush with the deck — underwater bench, two steps, clear still water held at 4–6°C. The chiller sits concealed in a service niche; all you see is a slim temperature display by the deck.

A proper rectangular pool with stone coping and teak deck — long enough for real strokes, cool enough after a sauna round. Each villa's pool is in its own walled garden; there is no shared pool in the complex.
Stall bars with a pull-up bar, parallel dip bars, rings and a climbing rope under a slatted pergola, on rubber tiles. Bodyweight-first by design: nothing to rust, nothing to service, everything to train.
